Will abortion “rights” from conception until live birth be on the Missouri Ballot in November?
Likely, YES! The stark reality is even with the US Supreme Courts overturning of Roe vs Wade the ultimate decision regarding abortions was returned to the States.
What POWER do you as a citizen have RIGHT NOW to stop abortion becoming part of the Missouri Constitution?

Currently BIG out-of-state money is pouring into Missouri to codify abortion as a RIGHT in Missouri Constitution. “Missouri Right to Reproductive Freedom” are scheming to raise $5,000,000 to push abortion over the finish line on the November 2024 ballot! And with $5 million dollars it may pass! They demand that abortion becomes enshrined in our state constitution as a right. Abortions from conception to LIVE birth could become part of our constitution. It did in Ohio through a ballot initiative, abortion is a right in Ohio codified in the Ohio State Constitution.
How can you STOP this?

- Share with your pro-life family and friends.
- Call the Missouri Right to Life hotline at 417-413-4134 to report the location of signature gathers.
Since the overturning of Roe vs Wade the states now have authority to allow or restrict abortion within their state lines. Several states established “trigger laws” in the event Roe vs Wade was ever overturned. How can abortion be returning to the Missouri? Not only to Missouri but codified in Missouri Constitution! In the state of Missouri, we have a process called initiative petition. IP (initiative petition) is a mechanism for Missourians to alter our state constitution, which is a very good thing, until it’s misused. The IP required a minimum threshold of total 171,000 signatures must be obtained. The 171,000 minimum is divided up between Missouri’s eight congressional districts. This is based upon the total number of voters from the last presidential election. In each of our eight congressional districts, IP requires anywhere from 25,000 to 30,000 signatures. (Insert photo of map and minimums per district) How do hardworking taxpayers achieve the minimum signatures? Rarely, do they. Its labor intensive and time consuming. However, pro-abortion Leftist PAY upwards of $25/hour to non-Missourians to gather signatures? Unknowingly naïve and affable Missourians are misled to sign. Recently a citizen was asked to sign the “Protect Women’s Reproductive Rights” in southwest Missouri and the leftist claimed she was pro-life.
Why “Decline to Sign” Message is Imperative
If they are successful in the “Women’s Reproductive Rights Campaign” this is what will happen to Missourians:
- Minors will have abortions without consent from parents or even parental knowledge
- Abortion will be allowed from conception to live birth, including partial birth and late term abortions
- Pregnancy Resource centers will be forced to refer would-be-mothers for abortions
- Ultrasounds of the unborn will no longer be provided to would-be mothers at abortion clinics
- Taxpayer-funded abortions will be provided to would-be-mothers

Share the Missouri Right to Life graphic found here and have conversations with all your pro-life family and friends. Help them be prepared to respectfully decline to sign any petition. The pro-abortion signature gatherers will be requesting citizens’ name, signature, address and county. Pro-life citizens can simply say they don’t wish to give out that information.
